This mouth-watering blend contains seven authentic spices traditionally used in Thai and Asian cuisine including chilli, cumin, garlic, ginger, pepper, cloves, and star anise to help you bring the flavours of Thailand to your business without the price of a plane ticket!

SUGGESTED USE

This traditional blend makes a spicy marinade for chicken, meat and veg or simply sprinkle over potato wedges and popcorn for a fiery twist. Add a little to breadcrumb coatings for chicken and fish and mix into plain yoghurt for a homemade dip with heat.
