Orange & Lemon Gin Cocktail

Add the orange juice, gin, syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until combined.
Divide between two glasses filled with ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with an orange wedge!
Classic Bloody Mary

Ingredients

Pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of a glass on a damp towel and press into the salt. Once the salt rim is complete, fill the glass with ice cubes.
In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, tomato juice, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, tobasco, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass.
Garnish with a celery stick, a lime wedge and a slice of tomato!
Watermelon Mocktail 🍉

Remove any seeds from the watermelon chunks and place the melon flesh in the freezer for an hour.
Add the watermelon to a blender, squeeze in the lime juice and add the sugar, chilled water and mint leaves.
Blend until smooth, adding extra water if needed, serve with ice and a sprig of rosemary!
Pineapple Martini

Add the vodka and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Pina Colada Smoothie

Add the frozen pineapple and coconut milk to a blender, blend until creamy and smooth adding more coconut milk if needed. Add the honey/syrup and rum, mix and taste.
Lavender Strawberry Smoothie

Place the milk, strawberries, syrup, vanilla, honey and strawberry fruit powder into a blender and blend to combine. Once smooth, pour the mixture into glasses and enjoy!
Cinnamon Strawberry Smoothie

Place the banana, strawberries, yoghurt, orange juice, agave and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh strawberries!
Rosemary & Gin Grapefruit Cocktail

Rosemary Syrup
Place the sugar, water and rosemary into a saucepan over a medium heat, bring to a boil then simmer until the sugar has dissolved (about a minute or two).
Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool. Sieve the cool syrup to remove the rosemary before serving.

Add the gin, grapefruit juice and syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until combined, strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with a slice of grapefruit!
Watermelon & Papaya Smoothie

Place the papaya, papaya fruit powder, pineapple, watermelon, salt, coconut milk, agave and orange juice into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Rosemary Mojito

Add the rosemary and syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle together to lightly crush and leave for 2 minutes.
Pour in the rum and lime juice, add ice and shake. Strain the liquid into a glass with fresh ice, top with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig and lime wedge.

Place the bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the bottom of the prepared glasses.
Chocolate Layer
Place the water, banana, cacao, almond butter, cinnamon and ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour on top of the peanut butter layer.
Top with coconut and cacao nibs and enjoy!

Strawberries and Cream Smoothie

Place the strawberries, strawberry fruit powder, yoghurt, almond milk, dates, vanilla and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.
Apple Iced Tea

Brew the tea and chill in the fridge. Combine the tea, apple juice and apple slices to a tall glass and stir to blend.
Add a slice of lemon, a mint sprig and garnish with dried apple rings and enjoy!
Purple Potato Shake

Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, boil or steam for 15 minutes or until soft enough to pierce with a fork and mash.
Once cooled, place the mash into a freezer container and freeze until frozen.
Once frozen, place the mash into a blender along with the milk and blueberry fruit powder (and sugar if using). Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Green Mojito Smoothie 💚

Blend the ice, spinach, spinach powder, pineapple, water, banana, orange, mint, lemon juice and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
Raspberry Rooibos Iced Tea

Steep the tea in the boiling water, set aside then strain to remove the tea leaves. Pour in the cold water and leave to cool completely.
In a saucepan, heat the raspberries with the sugar and vanilla for 2 - 3 minutes stirring often. Put the mixture through a sieve, using a large spoon, squash the fruit to separate the pulp and juice from the seeds.
Once the tea has cooled, add the raspberry mixture, lemon juice and mint leaves. Place in the fridge and serve with ice!
Frozen Kiwi Daiquiris

Place the pureed kiwi into a blender followed by the rum, lime, water and sugar and blend until combined.
Leave for one hour for the sugar to melt, stir, cover and freeze overnight.
When ready to serve, fluff the mixture with a fork and scoop into glasses and enjoy!
Frozen Raspberry Gin Cocktail

Place the raspberries, lime cordial, lime juice, gin and water into a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with more water if needed and serve!
Fruit Iced Tea

Add the room temperature water to a loose-leaf tea pot with the hibiscus tea. Cover and leave for an hour.
Add ice to a bottle a long with the strawberries, mint and lemon slices. Strain in the tea and stir in sugar if needed. Place in the fridge before serving.
Raspberry Collins

Muddle the raspberries at the bottom of a highball glass and add ice.
Add the raspberry gin, sugar and lemon juice, top with soda water and mix together.

Serve in a glass with bee pollen on top!
Classic Lemon Gin Fizz Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice and icing sugar together with ice.
Strain into a glass, top up with sparkling water and garnish with a cucumber and lemon slice followed by frozen blueberries and a rosemary sprig... Cheers!

Chia Water 💧

Instructions
Mix the chia seeds, blood orange juice, apple cider vinegar and water together and leave for 5 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until the chia seeds have formed a gel.
Serve with a slice of blood orange.
