Take tea, combine it with apple juice, a squeeze of lemon and you've got yourself a refreshing summer drink!

Ingredients

255ml Tea
90ml Apple juice
Ice
Apple slices
Lemon slices
Mint spring
Dried apple rings to garnish (and snack on!)

Instructions

Brew the tea and chill in the fridge. Combine the tea, apple juice and apple slices to a tall glass and stir to blend.

Add a slice of lemon, a mint sprig and garnish with dried apple rings and enjoy!

For large batches for big gatherings, simply combine tea and juice at a 3:1 ratio.
