Place the flowers into a jug, pour over the boiling water and steep for 30 minutes. Drain the flowers and freeze half of the blue water into ice cubes.
Once frozen, pop the ice into glasses, add some of the blue water and top with lemonade. Stir in 1 tablespoon on lemon juice and serve with a herb sprig on top!
Now this is a winter warming, cosy soup for the soul!
