Dark Chocolate Nut & Cherry Brownies

Ingredients

200g Dark chocolate
250g Butter
50g Nuts chopped
A handful of Cacao nibs
65g Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
4 Eggs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a brownie baking tin with baking paper.

Create a bain marie, melt the chocolate and butter together, stir in the cherries, nuts and cacao nibs.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sifted cacao powder and flour together a long with the baking powder and sugar. Pour the mixture into the nut mixture and stir until combined. Beat the eggs together in a jug and pour into the brownie mixture and combine.

Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin and place in the oven for 25 minutes. The brownies need to be gooey and springy so leave to cool before cutting into squares.
