470ml Water
1/2 teaspoon Ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon Honey
1 Lemon wedge


Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan; add the turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. Reduce heat to a medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Strain the tea into a large glass; stir in honey and leave to cool with a lemon wedge.

Store in the fridge and serve over ice with a fresh lemon wedge.
