1/2 Lime
A handful of Pineapple chunks
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger
1 tablespoon Cashew nuts
1 Banana


Place the kale, avocado, lime juice, pineapple, ginger, cashews and banana into a smoothie maker followed by a splash of water. Blend until smooth adding more water if needed.
