Sip on a pumpkin pie with this protein packed smoothie!

Ingredients

1 Banana
120g Vegan vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
A pinch of Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Turmeric
120ml Oat milk
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
150g Pumpkin puree

Instructions

Tip all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more milk if too thick or ice cubes if too thin. Taste and add more spices if desired. Serve topped with pumpkin seeds.
