Preheat the oven to 175, line a baking tray with baking paper and cut the cauliflower into florets.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, milk, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip the florests into the batter and roll in the bread crumbs.
Place the florets on to the prepared baking tray evenly spread. Bake for 25 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and sriracha, place the cauliflower wings into a large bowl and pour the sauce on top. Mix until evenly coated. Place the florets back on to the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with spring onions to serve a long side an aioli dip.
