3 Frozen bananas
A handful of Frozen berries
2 tablespoons Hemp seeds
1-2 teaspoons Blue spirulina powder
160ml Coconut milk




Pop the frozen bananas, mixed berries, hemp seeds and spirulina into a blender. Pour in the coconut milk and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with berries and desiccated coconut!
