1 x 500g Organic Coconut Flour

1 x 100g Ground Cinnamon

SUGGESTED USE

Combine 85g of coconut flour, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt. Grease a frying pan over a medium-low heat, add 3 tablespoons of the pancake batter and cook until bubbles form, flip the pancake and cook on the other side. Serve with your fave toppings and happy pancake day!
