Description: Couscous is the ultimate healthy blank canvas of the pasta world (although it looks like a grain) it’s actually made with semolina flour from durum wheat. Easy to store, quick to prepare and extremely versatile… We just adore this ingredient!

SUGGESTED USE

Tip 200g of couscous into a bowl, pour over 200ml of hot water or boiling vegetable stock, cover and leave for 10 minutes or until the couscous if soft. Fluff up with a fork, drizzle with olive oil and season.
