Description: Did you know cinnamon is made by cutting the stems of cinnamon trees? The inner bark is then extracted, and the woody parts removed. When it dries, it forms strips that curl into rolls and there you have it… Sweet and woody Cinnamon Sticks! (Or quills if you’re feeling fancy).
SUGGESTED USE
Include Cinnamon Sticks in your daily routine to flavour coffee, tea, chai lattes, hot chocolate, and mulled wine by using this popular ingredient as a stirring stick. Simmer a cinnamon stick with your morning porridge on the stove or add a nice twist to homemade jam. Cinnamon isn’t just for sweet stuff… Try adding a few sticks to broths, stews and soups for a fuller, more complex taste.
