SUGGESTED USE

Fragrant rosemary, beloved garlic and coarse sea salt make the perfect seasoning for cooking as well as a condiment for the table. It especially goes well with Mediterranean styles of cuisine (in particular tasty lamb dishes) but can be added to soups, stews and breads. Use as a delicious rub or as part of a marinade for meat, fish and veg. Stir into breadcrumb coatings, couscous dishes and pasta dishes, the opportunities are endless!
