Description: By far the quickest to cook of the lentil family, these bright orange/red legumes need no pre-soaking which means life is made easier for chefs. (Bet you didn’t think that was ever possible!) What’s more, your customers will be delighted by the protein packed, hearty pulses on their plate, happy days all round!
SUGGESTED USE
Use these pulses to thicken hearty soups, dhals and spicy curries. Add to a pan of water with some salt, bring to a boil then simmer. Cook time is usually 5-7 minutes for Red Split Lentils.DISCLAIMER
