Like your curries full of authentic flavour? This is the blend for you! Whip up a basic curry sauce base using onions, tomatoes and water then add the biryani spice while frying off the onions. Take your tastebuds on a trip to India by mixing into our Balti Curry Powder into yoghurt for a spicy marinade for chicken, meat, fish, and veg. Sprinkle a little over fresh popcorn or potato wedges for a savoury snack with a twist!
