Description: Our Biryani Spice is an aromatic blend of salt, turmeric, coriander, skimmed milk powder, wheat powder, cumin, ginger, chilli, powder, pimento, cinnamon, garlic powder, crushed chillies, coriander leaf, bay leaf, cardamom, clove, and turmeric extract designed to help create a truly authentic biryani in no time at all!

SUGGESTED USE

Mix our Biryani Spice Blend into yoghurt and you’ve got yourself a spicy marinade for chicken, meat, fish and vegetables. To make a basic curry sauce simply add the blend when frying off the onions, tip in water and tomatoes followed by your chosen meat or vegetables. Be daring by sprinkling a little Biryani Spice Blend over freshly made popcorn and potato wedges for a spicy snack with a twist. You can even bring the authentic flavours of India to your table by mixing into breadcrumb coatings and spicy dips.
