Description: Small and mighty are our Chia Seeds! As a rich source of omega 3 these little seeds are a vegan’s best friend (if you’re a baker or chef, they’ll be your best friend too!) These seeds are ever-growing in popularity and are currently taking the world by storm. Truly a MUST-HAVE on any breakfast, lunch, dinner (well any menu at all!)
SUGGESTED USE
Add Chia Seeds to bread, cakes, biscuits, cereals, salads, soups, and sandwiches. They even make a great egg replacement when baking! To replace one egg, use one tablespoon of Chia Seeds mixed with three tablespoons of water, leave to sit for 15 minutes until a gel texture forms and voila!DISCLAIMER
