Description: Bulk up your dishes with one of the most talked about legume around… Chickpeas! You won’t catch many vegan or veggie restaurants without the king of all wholefoods present on their menu. Bakeries, don’t think this is an ingredient for you? Think again! Once soaked, chickpea water produces a plant-based aquafaba which means vegan macarons are on the cards!
SUGGESTED USE
Soak in water over night then stir into homemade curries, create spicy roasted chickpeas as a healthy snack replacement for crisps, toss into Greek salads, sprinkle on to lettuce wraps, blend into soups and make plant-based meringues with the water!DISCLAIMER
