Description: These tiny, black, shiny beans are a staple ingredient in Latin American and Mexican cooking (they are also believed to be super high in protein which is good news for your customer’s health!) These rich, creamy, mild yet sweet beans have a soft texture and they are ideal for creole and Cajun cooking (or any dish that calls for beans!)
