Even more good news: Pearl Barley is known for cooking faster than other grains which means dishes can be whipped up fast making chef’s lives a little easier *sigh of relief*.
SUGGESTED USE
For 100g of Pearl Barley add 600ml of water, bring to the boil and cook for 30 minutes. Drain the water as you would rice.DISCLAIMER
