SUGGESTED USE
Use this mouth-watering curry powder to whip up fakeaway recipes at home. To make a sambar curry sauce, make a basic curry sauce base using onions, tomatoes and water and add the flavoursome Sambar Curry Powder when frying off the onions. When cooked, add your chosen meat or vegetables.
