Description: Shiitake Mushrooms are famous for their rich, meaty, and buttery flavour and now they are available in powder form for convenient cooking!

SUGGESTED USE

Mix Shiitake Mushroom Powder into stuffings, stocks and stews, sprinkle onto chicken and fish dishes and add to fillings for Chinese dim sum, chicken, and mushroom soup. Add extra flavour to creamy mushroom risottos, stir into scrambled eggs, pasta sauces and roast veg recipes or simply use as a seasoning/condiment as you would salt and pepper!
